Upcoming Events

Thank you so much to the ten former families (of students I taught), and other friends that supported my milestone event at Barnes and Noble!

My Very First Book Signing at Barnes and Noble is January 12th from 1:00 – 3:00 p.m.!

Please join me as our first book in our Safety Series is published to empower kids to be safe in and out of school!  Proceeds benefit our Safety Soothing Sacks for Special Needs – where students who are easily triggered by alarms and loud noises can reach for their own sack filled with a stuffed animal, stress ball, and something from home.  They can soothe themselves enough to then focus on the adult who needs to keep them safe.

Every Wednesday

A Stronger Cord South

All Souls School

The ASC Knuckleheads invite you to join us for a community outreach movement designed to unite communities with wellness. Let’s be honest folks, we have become too divided as a nation. Why not build a stronger cord to one another with wellness? Each Wednesday at All Soul’s we have a moderate exercise program, followed by social networking to build relationships and then we have an inspirational, educational or entertaining speaker. It’s a wonderful way to sweat, bond and grow. Join us!

Every Saturday

ASC Service Saturday

Union Baptist Church

Long-time ASC stalwart John Freeman, a life-long athlete, teacher, coach and youth sports coordinator leads a non profit called YEP. It stands for Youth Enrichment Program. The Kansas City native works with kids living in northeast Denver public housing communities encouraging wellness of mind, body and spirit. The Knuckleheads love to provide assistance in supporting YEP and encouraging kids who don’t have many positive adult role models in their lives or other kids to play with. Another wonderful family opportunity to serve the less fortunate. Join us, let the kids play with other kids and we cheer them on!

Every Monday

A Stronger Cord Northeast

Union Baptist Church

The ASC Knuckleheads invite you to join us for an outreach movement designed to unite communities with wellness. Let’s be honest folks, we have become too divided as a nation. Why not build a stronger cord to one another with wellness? Each Monday we have a moderate exercise program, followed by social networking to build relationships and then we have a program that’s inspirational, educational or entertaining, sometimes all three! We all have a story and sharing them inspires others to achieve goals and overcome challenges. Free and open to all of all ages!
